How a session works
HIFEM stands for high-intensity focused electromagnetic energy. An applicator is placed over the area, such as the abdomen or buttocks, and the energy causes strong, rhythmic contractions of the muscles underneath. You stay clothed and lie still while the device does the work for 30 mins.
Many clients add RenaSculpt to their fitness routine. Your provider will suggest how many sessions make sense for your goals. Results vary.
Who should not have it
RenaSculpt is not right for pregnancy, implanted electronic devices such as pacemakers, metal implants in or near the area, and some medical conditions. We review your history before your first session.
